Education and Business Background
  E. Howard Rudd is our principal investment advisor. A financial planning specialist registered with the California State Department of Corporations, Mr. Rudd provides a full range of financial advisory services, including tax, insurance, and investment management services to individuals and business. In addition to being a Registered Investment Advisor, Howard is licensed by the State of California as an independent Life, Health, and Disability Insurance Agent and as a Tax Preparer.

Howard is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and holds a postgraduate management certificate from San Francisco State University. Prior to establishing Integral Financial Management in 1994, Howard was San Francisco/Bay Area Public Sector Financial and Operations Manager for Pacific Bell. His 27 year career with Pacific Bell provided in-depth exposure to, and understanding of business issues and needs throughout the Bay Area and the Sacramento Metropolitan Area.

Community Involvement
 

Active involvement in industry and community forms the cornerstone of Mr. Rudd`s approach to business.

Currently, he is a member of the NSA-National Society of Accountants and the California Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals.

Mr Rudd is Sierra College Area 1 Trustee on their Governing Board of Directors. He is the immediate past President of the Sierra College Foundation Board of Directors and serves as President of Roseville Arts! Mr Rudd serves as Chairman of the Roseville Community Development Corporation and serves as Treasurer of Placer SPCA Board of Directors. He serves on the board of directors of Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Foundation. Also, he is a member of the Rotary Club of Roseville. He serves on the Placer Community Foundation investment committee and is the appointed Public member of Placer County’s Local Agency Formation Committee, commonly known as LAFCO.
 
Previously, Howard was 2002 Board President of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and 2003 Board President of Placer SPCA. He also served on the Capital Campaign for Kids First (Formerly known as Child Abuse Prevention Council) and the Capital Campaign for Roseville Arts Blueline Gallery.

Howard is a member of Sierra View County Club and golf is his escape and relaxation.
